Kourier Wale Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your Kourier Wale service within 48 hours of activation if you decide it’s not the right fit for you.
  • If the service details don’t meet your expectations, inform our Technical Team within 48 hours of activation. They will investigate your complaint and determine the best course of action.

Termination:

  • If you’re unsatisfied with our services, you have the option to terminate your Kourier Wale account and stop using them. Please notify us of your termination in writing.
  • This doesn’t eliminate any outstanding fees you may have incurred during your service period.

Kourier Wale’s Right to Disconnect:

  • Kourier Wale reserves the right to disconnect your service under certain circumstances, including:
    • Negative address verification
    • Non-payment of fees
    • Violation of our terms of service
    • Usage of the service for illegal or immoral activities

Kourier Wale Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • If you’re not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of activation or termination.
  • Please note that refunds will be issued after deducting any taxes applicable.
  • Refunds will only be provided for unused portions of your service, calculated on a pro rata basis.
  • Kourier Wale reserves the discretion to issue refunds either as a credit note for future use or credited to your original payment method.
  • Any service used before cancellation will not be refunded.
  • If refund is accepted refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days
