Kourier Wale Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kourier Wale, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity regarding shipments and returns.

1.⁠ ⁠Shipment Return Handling

Returns are only applicable for shipments that are undelivered, refused by the recipient, or returned due to incorrect address or contact details.

Once a shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier company, it will be returned to the original sender as per the standard timeline.

Customers will be notified via email or phone regarding any undelivered or returned shipment.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Return

Only logistics-related services are provided by us. We are not responsible for the contents of the parcel, as we do not sell any physical products.

Return eligibility depends on courier company guidelines and client instructions provided at the time of booking.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

Any refund related to excess charges, double billing, or failed pickup/delivery will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery), remittance will be done after the reconciliation period as per our COD remittance policy.

4.⁠ ⁠No Return on Digital Services

Any digital or SaaS-based services offered by Kourier Wale are non-refundable once activated, unless there is a technical failure from our end.
