  • Kourier Wale operates as a shipping aggregator, providing access to multiple courier partners under one platform.

  • All shipments are booked, tracked, and managed through our system in accordance with courier partner policies.

  • By using our services, you agree to comply with both Kourier Wale’s terms and those of the selected courier partner.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer pan-India shipping services across metropolitan, urban, and rural locations.

  • International shipping options may be available through specific courier partners, subject to feasibility and compliance with regulations.


3. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (SDD/NDD): As per courier partner SLA (Service Level Agreement).

  • Express/Surface Shipments: Timelines vary depending on location, mode, and courier partner selected.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, factors such as weather conditions, regulatory checks, or operational issues with courier partners may cause delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Rates are determined by courier partners based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type.

  • Kourier Wale offers aggregated pricing benefits to clients, ensuring competitive rates.

  • Any applicable surcharges (fuel, remote area, reattempt, etc.) will be billed as per courier partner policies.


5. Tracking & Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • All shipments are trackable via the Kourier Wale dashboard.

  • Proof of Delivery (POD) is made available once received from the courier partner.

  • In case of discrepancies or delays in POD, clients must raise a ticket with our support team within 7 days of shipment delivery.


6. Undelivered & RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments

  • Shipments not delivered due to incorrect address, customer refusal, unavailability, or other courier-partner-reported reasons may be marked as RTO.

  • RTO charges are applicable as per the courier partner’s policy.

  • Lost or undelivered shipments must be reported within 15 days for claim initiation.


7. Claims & Liability

  • Kourier Wale assists in claim processing with courier partners but is not directly liable for shipment damages or losses.

  • Claim settlement value and timelines are subject to courier partner policies.

  • High-value shipments should be insured, as liability in case of loss/damage is limited.


8. Restricted & Prohibited Items

Clients must not ship items prohibited under Indian law or by courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • Currency, precious metals, or jewelry

  • Hazardous materials

  • Perishable goods (unless agreed)

  • Illegal or restricted substances

Shipments found in violation may be confiscated without liability to Kourier Wale.


9. Security & Data Protection

  • Kourier Wale uses SSL encryption and secure systems to safeguard client and customer data.

  • We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties without consent.
